All WhiteInk Creates pieces are made to order. This means your item is produced after you place your order.
Production Time
Most apparel items are produced within 3 to 7 business days before shipping.
During high-demand periods, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
