Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Size Issues

All items are printed on demand. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Please use the provided size guides before ordering. If you have questions before purchasing, email us and we will gladly help.


Custom or Personalized Products

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing depending on your bank.


EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
